Product Introduction

PVC sheet (Polyvinyl chloride sheet) is a polymer material obtained by polymerization. Polyvinyl chloride sheet is made by adding stabilizers, lubricants and fillers to PVC. After mixing, it is extruded to sheet with an extruder in various thicknesses. Rigid PVC sheets do not contain softeners, so that they are not brittle, easy to form, non-toxic, non-polluting, flexible, and have a long storage time.
 

Advantages

Polyvinyl chloride has outstanding characteristics such as abundant raw materials, mature manufacturing technology, low price, and wide range of uses. It has become the second largest general-purpose resin in the world after polyethylene resin.

Application of PVC Sheet

Polyvinyl chloride sheets are easy to process and can be processed by molding, laminating, injection molding, extrusion, calendering, blow molding, etc. The rigid PVC sheet is mainly used in electronic product packaging, medical equipment, food packaging, and also in the production of hard plastic products such as plates, doors and windows.

A thin rigid vinyl PVC film is flexible and thinner (compared with a cardboard) and can be folded into boxes like paper materials. Packaging box made of clear PVC film sheets, the products packaged inside can be seen directly, which plays a good role in product display for consumer. In addition, PVC film sheet has the characteristics of waterproof and moistureproof, even if water droplets splash on the surface of the box, the water will not penetrate into the box, which can well protect the product.

 

Rigid PVC film sheet is a thermoplastic with good dimensional stability and can be made into vacuum blister packaging through thermoforming process. The most common applications are shaped outer packing, special-shaped containers used to fix the product in the box. The packaging boxes made of rigid vinyl PVC film are ideal for packaging small commodities with high quality, such as cosmetic packaging, electronic product packaging, toy model packaging, daily necessities packaging, etc.

 

We supply rigid PVC film roll with a thickness ranges from 0.07mm to 1mm, it can be made into sheets or rolls as required. In addition to PVC film, we also provide pet film and pp film, these two common plastic films are also widely used for packaging purposes.
